waxing culinary

I guess this is as good a place as any to write this sort of thing down.


Smallish potatoes (10 or so?)
minced fresh basil (handful)
minced garlic (3 cloves)
finely sliced shallot (3-4 shallots)
2 finely chopped fresh jalapeno peppers
sea salt
olive oil (couple tablespoons maybe? enough to coat veggies)
juice of one lime.

Mix in a bowl until all veggies are nice and coated. wrap in tinfoil to make a bag. Place on hot grill for about 8M per side.

    one part rice + one part lentils
    cook in rice cooker
    spoon on plate, and add a little veganaise and sweet chili sauce.
    mix.
    eat.
    yum.
