I went with some people today to Carnation and picked pumpkins. I also helped to launch a pumpkin from a very large trebuchet. It was awesome.
Driving back from the farm, we visited Snoqualmie falls for a lovely view and a shared moment of dampness.
Then back to Swank for a nap.
People came over to carve pumpkins at 7 or so, they stayed until 10, and a good time was had by all.
For the first time in my life I have carved a political pumpkin; “JFK” shines brightly from my jack-o-lantern.
If people want to snack on some pumpkin seeds, they should come over to Swank and partake of the deliciousness.
